Delivery Delays
Due to high demand and seasonal order volumes, delivery services may experience occasional delays across the UAE. Please allow an additional 2–4 business days on top of the standard delivery times.

• Delivery within Dubai typically takes 2–3 business days.
• Deliveries outside Dubai may take 4-8 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Charges
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
• Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions; these will be specified at checkout.

International Shipping
• Currently, we primarily ship within the UAE. International shipping may be available on request. Additional fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply.
