When you shop with Ceylon Spice Boutique, you can be confident that we will provide you with an exchange, refund, or replacement within the guidelines outlined below.
Change of Mind – 5 Days
We offer an exchange for Change of Mind within 5 days of purchase, with the exception of consumable and perishable products, including spices, teas, and other food items. These Change of Mind limits do not apply to any returns made in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The exchange for Change of Mind will be subject to the items being returned in saleable condition, that is:
• The item is returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was sold; and
• The item is unused, unopened, and unconsumed.
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Ceylon Spice Boutique. If you believe an item or service is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws. These consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
